Internet Phone came to the world in 1995, by Vocaltec Communications. The software was the first software ever that allowd internet users to place a phone call over the Internet.
The Vocaltec Internet Phone software was the first ever commercial solution for a whole new industry that was later called VoIP - Voice Over IP.
